Question: How long does it take to make my product?

The majority of orders on Toteally Vintage are fulfilled by my carefully vetted production partners in the UK and elsewhere (Latvia, U.S.) and are made for you after ordering. Most are usually processed within 5 days before being shipped to you, many are processed quicker than that. Production times may extend to 7 days during very busy periods such as Christmas so please order early. I will keep you informed of your order status at all times.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY: 

Question: How long does shipping take? 
Please note, at the moment items that can be bought direct from this website are for sale to UK customers only, with free UK shipping.

 

Orders of my compact mirrors and passport holders will be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48 - meaning that you can track it from my door to yours, with an estimated postal time of 2-3 days. (*Please note delivery times may stretch during busy and peak periods such as Christmas, so please order early). 

 

My made to order tote bags may take a few more days to arrive, but you will receive a tracking code to trace its path through the postal service to your door. 

Orders made via Etsy, Zazzle or Fine Art America qualify for international shipping. Please see the individual sites for shipping information.

RETURNS POLICY:

Question: If I am not happy with my order, can I return it? 

It is my fervent hope that you will love all of our products but if you're not happy with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to initiate the return process. All items must first be sent back (at the customer's cost unless defective) and be of the same quality as received.
